Booking.com is seeking an Area Manager for Portugal, based within daily commuting distance of Lisbon. You will lead the Partner Services team, drive revenue growth, and advocate for Booking.com in the Portuguese market.

This senior role combines leadership, strategy, and cross-functional influence to deliver results. You will translate regional strategy into actionable plans, oversee portfolio health, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems.

Formación

• Proven track record leading commercial or partner-services teams.
• Data-driven decision making balancing partner value and market opportunities.
• Ability to turn strategy into actionable plans and track progress.
• Excellent communication to influence peers and senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of the Portuguese accommodation market and fluency in Portuguese and English.
