WW Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across multiple markets. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent Italian, C1 English, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage large amounts of information in a fast-paced 24/7 rotation. Relocation support and onsite work in Porto are provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Italian
• C1 level of English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
