WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional and empathetic support across markets from Porto, Portugal on an onsite basis. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires fluent Italian, C1-level English, and strong communication skills. Work is a 24/7 rotational schedule with accommodation assistance and a welcome package to ease relocation.

Qualificações

• Fluent verbal and written Italian required.
