WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Porto, Portugal (onsite). You will deliver professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, resolving inquiries and complaints with accuracy and care.

Requirements include fluent Italian, C1 English, strong communication, and the ability to learn and manage large information sets in a fast-paced, 24/7 rotation. Accommodation and food allowances support relocation.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian language skills required.
• C1 level English or higher.
