Job summary

RESINEX in Portugal seeks a results-driven B2B sales professional with a technical understanding of polymers to drive growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities in Portugal and the north of Spain.

You will develop existing customers, identify new clients, plan budgets, and aim to meet sales targets while collaborating with internal teams. Hybrid work is available with health insurance, meal allowance and language courses.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business-related field.
• B2B sales experience in polymers or chemicals is preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer base and markets in Portugal and northern Spain.
• Identify and acquire new clients while meeting sales targets.
• Budget planning for assigned customers and corrective actions.
• Lead deals with an owner mentality and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize CRM for segmentation, activities and projects.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, report insights.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Communicate clearly and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to improving internal sales processes and knowledge sharing.
