Job summary

H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking a Polish-speaking Inside Sales Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts in a hybrid Porto-based role.

This position emphasizes proactive account management, customer engagement, and identifying new business opportunities through phone, email, and digital channels. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Account Managers to support business development while delivering value-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
1–2 years of sales, customer service or account management experience.
Fluent Polish and English communication skills.
Authorization to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
Execute 20-30 outbound customer calls per day.
Conduct regular customer meetings via phone and virtual tools.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.
Develop long-term customer relationships and understand buying trends.
Collaborate with Account Managers to support business development activities.
Provide product, service, and technical support to address customer needs.
