The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, maintain CRM records, and contribute to sales growth by delivering value-driven solutions.**Primary Responsibilities*** Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts.* Execute 20-30 outbound customer calls per day.* Conduct regular customer meetings via phone and virtual tools.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.* Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.* Develop long-term customer relationships and understand buying trends.* Collaborate with Account Managers to support business development activities.* Provide product, service, and technical support to address customer needs.**Minimum Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.* 1 to 2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.* Fluent Polish and English communication skills.* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.* Authorization to work in Portugal.**Preferred Requirements*** Experience in the industrial manufacturing or chemical industry.* Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar sales tools. #LI-SD1#LI-Hybrid*H.B.
