Job summary

H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking a Polish-speaking Inside Sales Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts within an assigned territory.

You will drive engagement through phone, email, and digital sales channels, build strong relationships, and maintain CRM records to support sales growth with value-driven solutions. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 1–2 years in sales or account management, and fluent Polish and English.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
1–2 years of sales, customer service or account management experience.
Fluent Polish and English communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
Execute 20–30 outbound customer calls per day.
Conduct regular customer meetings via phone and virtual tools.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.
Develop long-term customer relationships and understand buying trends.
Collaborate with Account Managers to support business development activities.
Provide product, service, and technical support to address customer needs.
