Ignite in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site team. You will be the brand ambassador for Polish-speaking clients, handling questions and service issues via phone, email, and live chat to deliver a seamless customer journey.

This role welcomes fresh graduates and offers a fully paid onboarding and rotational shifts (5 days a week, 8 hours daily) between 07:00 and 21:00.

Qualificações

• Polish language fluency required; English B2 level for company communications and interfaces.
• Prior customer service or client-management experience is helpful but onboarding is provided.
• Strong digital literacy and quick learning of internal tools and CRM/ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues across support channels.
• Log interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
