Recruitment Direct in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Polish-speaking Advertiser Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team supporting advertisers on a major social media platform. You will handle customer inquiries in Polish and English, troubleshoot issues, guide users on tools, and contribute to service improvements.

The role is 40 hours weekly with rotating shifts between 06:00 and 24:00, with salary options of €1,040 or €1,295 gross per month.

About the Role

As an Advertiser Support Specialist, you will assist small and medium-sized businesses using social media advertising products. You'll provide high-quality support to advertisers, helping them resolve technical issues, navigate platform features, and maximize the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns.

You'll work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment where you'll make a real impact on customer success.

Key Responsibilities
