Recruitment Direct in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Polish-speaking Advertiser Support Specialist to join a dynamic international team supporting advertisers on a major social media platform. You will handle customer inquiries in Polish and English, troubleshoot issues, guide users on tools, and contribute to service improvements.

The role is 40 hours weekly with rotating shifts between 06:00 and 24:00, with salary options of €1,040 or €1,295 gross per month.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound phone calls in Polish and English.
• Assist advertisers with pre-sales and post-sales enquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to advertising products and services.
• Guide customers on platform tools, features, and best practices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with timely issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvement.
• Work across multiple systems while managing several tasks.
