Besthire is seeking a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join a Tech team in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You will help users with account and product support and handle content moderation for an e-commerce platform. The role includes onboarding, coaching, and opportunities for career development.

Excellent Czech communication and comfortable English daily are needed; prior customer service helps, but full training is provided, and you will start on 10/Sep/26.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Czech and ability to communicate clearly.

• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, with coaching and onboarding.

We're hiring a Czech-speaking Content Moderator to join a Tech team in Lisbon, Portugal.

You’ll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 10/Sep/26.

Content moderation, e-commerce platform.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

Day to day, you’ll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Czech and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
