Overview

Join our client, a global technology company providing mobility services, as a Polish-Speaking Content Moderator. As a key member of the Trust & Safety team, you will analyze escalated situations, conduct outbound calls, and leverage your analytical skills to ensure a secure and positive user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Review and assess escalated cases for policy violations or safety concerns.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat.
  • Conduct outbound calls to gather evidence for investigations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy.
  • Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of services for efficient support and proactive suggestions.
  • Make informed decisions based on analysis and established policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
Work Schedule

40 hours per week (8-hour shifts plus lunch break) on a rotational pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 and higher).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • In possession of EU passport or a valid residence permit for Portugal.
  • Available to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational shift pattern.
