Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is recruiting a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a growing client. You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support, working on-site in Lisbon.

You’ll receive full training, onboarding and coaching, with clear opportunities to grow within a multicultural team. Relocation support is offered for candidates moving from abroad, and fluency in Polish and comfortable daily English are expected.

A Tech client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26, 17/Sep/26, 20/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Client prefers candidates who never worked for them before.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Polish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team.
