Join a Consumer Goods account in Lisbon, Portugal as a Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalated more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Polish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
