Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is recruiting a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a growing client. You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support, working on-site in Lisbon.

You’ll receive full training, onboarding and coaching, with clear opportunities to grow within a multicultural team. Relocation support is offered for candidates moving from abroad, and fluency in Polish and comfortable daily English are expected.

Qualificações

• Polish-speaking required for daily communications.
• English daily communication expected.
• Full training provided and onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Document each case accurately and thoroughly.
• Flag unusual issues to a supervisor.
