Polish-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist

Are you fluent in Polish with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to digital safety? We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical team members to join our content moderation operations in vibrant Lisbon, Portugal.
In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, inclusive digital environment for Polish-speaking online communities. You will review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content for a global social media and interactive platform to ensure full compliance with community safety guidelines. Full relocation support—including provided accommodation is available to support your move to Lisbon!

The Role

• Content Review & Analysis: Review user-generated content (video, text, images, and audio) in Polish against platform policies, local regulations, and community safety protocols.
  
• Policy Enforcement: Make sound, efficient decisions to approve, flag, or remove non-compliant content and elevate sensitive matters appropriately.
  
• Digital Integrity & Safety: Assist in identifying online trends, policy evasion tactics, or harmful behavior patterns to keep digital spaces secure.
  
• Data Logging: Maintain structured and accurate records of reviewed content and moderation outcomes using internal tracking tools.
  

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  
• Work Model: Modern Office-based setup in Lisbon.

Requirements
