CB Talents SP is seeking a content moderator in Lisbon to ensure safe, accurate, and legally compliant e-commerce content. You will moderate content using Polish market expertise and fluent Polish and English communication.

This on-site role requires flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts and a 6-month initial contract with growth potential. The ideal candidate will be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, with sharp attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities.

Qualificações

• Languages: Fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• Location: Based in Lisbon on-site; no relocation package provided.
• Availability: Full-time with 24/7 rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 2 days off).
• Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability to evolving platform policies, and attention to detail.

• Base Salary: 920€ gross per month (14 months/year)
• Welcome Bonus: 1,000€ upfront
• Food Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
• Attendance Bonus: 45€ per month (for 11 months)
• Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for growth

What You Will Do

• Review e-commerce platform content to maintain safety, quality, and legal compliance.
• Make fast, rational moderation decisions using your Polish market expertise.
• Review content within defined Service Level agreements and quality standards.
• Escalate complex platform issues following standard operating procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Fluency in both Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon (on-site position; no relocation package provided).
• Availability: Full-time flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, 2 rotating days off).
• Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability to evolving platform policies, and attention to detail.
