Kats Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Content Moderation Specialist to join our Lisbon office. You will review German user-generated content, enforce platform policies, and help maintain community safety in German-speaking markets.

German-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist – Relocation Package Included (Lisbon Office)

Are you fluent in German with a strong sense of digital safety, online policy enforcement, and community standards? We are seeking detail-oriented team members to join our content moderation operations in vibrant Lisbon, Portugal.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe digital environment for online communities across German-speaking markets. You will review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content for a leading global social media and digital content platform. Full relocation support—including accommodation—is provided to make your move to Lisbon seamless!

The Role

• Content Review: Analyze user-generated content (images, videos, text, and audio) in German against platform policies and community safety guidelines.
• Policy Enforcement: Make accurate, time-sensitive decisions regarding flagged content, ensuring non-compliant material is removed or escalated appropriately.
• Platform Quality & Safety: Help identify emerging trends, systemic policy violations, or potential online abuse to help continuously refine digital safety protocols.
• Data Logging: Maintain precise documentation of moderation actions in secure internal tracking tools.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
• Work Model: Modern Office-based setup in Lisbon.

Requirements
