Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Polish-speaking Content Moderator for an e-commerce project based in Lisbon. You will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards, working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

We require native Polish fluency and strong English skills (B2). The role offers a full-time contract with rotative 24/7 shifts and accommodations in Lisbon.

Job description

No experience? That's fine — this one comes with full training, in Lisbon, Portugal.

A typical day

You'll spend most of it on review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards. Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while working within agreed latency and quality metrics. Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures. Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes. Support content safety across a variety of media types while adapting to promotional season peaks. Full-time position with rotative shifts (24/7) and two rotative days off per week.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with native-level fluency in Polish and good command of English (B2 level minimum). Strong communication and decision-making skills. Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset. Ability to handle sensitive content and work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

The money

920€ x 14

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
