Bcrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to help keep a global short-video platform safe. You will review content against policies and handle sensitive material in a fast-paced environment, with rotating 24/7 shifts.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, full-time on a 6-month contract, starting 22 Oct. Salary is €920 gross per month, plus a €70 complexity bonus and a welcome bonus of €1,000 paid over the first year, with health insurance and meal allowance."

Qualificações

• Polish language proficiency (native or near-native) required or strong.
• English fluency (spoken and written) expected.
• Earlier customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficient computer skills; quick learner of new systems.
• Experience or ability to review content per platform policies.

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Lisbon, Portugal and is hiring for the role of Content Moderator. You will help keep a global short-video platform safe by reviewing content against its policies. As a Polish-speaking Content Moderator you will review online content against platform policies in a fast-paced environment. Please note that the role involves viewing sensitive or potentially disturbing material, and you will work rotating 24/7 shifts.

What you will do

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Polish in line with platform policies
• Make accurate, consistent decisions within set time frames
• Follow quality and productivity targets
• Escalate unclear or high-risk cases
• Take part in ongoing training and well-being support

What we are looking for

• Native or near-native Polish (C2) and fluent English (B2+), spoken and written
• Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing content
• Flexible for rotating 24/7 shifts
• Candidates who have previously worked on this specific account through any outsourcing partner cannot be considered

What we offer

• Salary: €920 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year)
• Complexity bonus: €70 per month
• Welcome bonus: €1,000, paid in 12 monthly instalments over the first year

Relocation support

• Candidates relocating from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent and utilities deducted directly from your payslip (details shared during screening)

• Working hours: Monday–Sunday, rotating 24/7 shifts (2 rotating days off)
