Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to assist customers across multiple channels in a fast-paced, international environment. You will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide customers through products and services to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes professional communication, problem-solving, and documentation in internal systems, with focus on delivering high-quality support and achieving KPIs.

Qualificações

• Language skills: fluent Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Skills: strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and practical solutions.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, and services with clear information.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when needed.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
