Cross Border Talents in Portugal is hiring a Customer Specialist to support international customers across phone, email, and live chat. You will resolve questions, guide through processes, and document interactions accurately.

Fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and strong analytical and communication skills. You’ll join a fast-paced team with attractive benefits and relocation support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions about products, orders, accounts, payments, and deliveries.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Guide customers through processes and platforms with clear instructions.
• Document interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases to the appropriate department when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times, and problem resolution.
