Qualificações

• Polish language proficiency (C1) written and spoken
• English proficiency at B2 level
• EU residence status or Portuguese residency required

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across multiple channels: chat, email, and phone (outbound calls for emails and recommended for chat).
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Provide product and tool support to improve client experience.
• Identify trends and resolve issues for multiple SMB clients.
