CB Talents in Lisbon is hiring a content moderator to review e-commerce content for safety, quality, and legal compliance. You will use your Polish market expertise to make fast moderation decisions and ensure alignment with SLAs and quality standards.

The role requires fluency in Polish and English, on-site presence in Lisbon, and full-time availability for rotating shifts. Relocation is not provided.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+)
• Based in Lisbon or able to relocate; on-site
• Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts (Mon-Sun)

Responsabilidades

• Review e-commerce content to ensure safety, quality, and legal compliance.
• Make fast, rational moderation decisions using your Polish market expertise.
• Review content within defined Service Level agreements and quality standards.
• Escalate complex platform issues following standard operating procedures.

• Base Salary: 920€ gross per month (14 months/year)
• Welcome Bonus: 1,000€ upfront
• Food Allowance: 7.63€ per working day
• Attendance Bonus: 45€ per month (for 11 months)
• Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for growth

What You Will Do

• Review e-commerce platform content to maintain safety, quality, and legal compliance.
• Make fast, rational moderation decisions using your Polish market expertise.
• Review content within defined Service Level agreements and quality standards.
• Escalate complex platform issues following standard operating procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: Fluency in both Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2+).
• Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon (on-site position; no relocation package provided).
• Availability: Full-time flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, 2 rotating days off).
• Skills: Strong decision-making, adaptability to evolving platform policies, and attention to detail.
