Toptalent Recruitment - Careers in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Advertisers Support (Polish) specialist for a full-time role. You will provide multi-channel support to SMB clients via chat, email and phone, and assist with pre- and post-sales tasks.

The position offers a Portuguese employment contract, 40 hours per week on rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 24:00, plus relocation support, private health insurance and training to advance your career.

Qualificações

• Polish native or fluent, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of the advertising industry is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-channel support to SMB clients via chat, email and phone.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Resolve technical issues, report bugs, guide users on platform features.
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards the brand.
• Keep job-related administrative forms up to date.
