Axians Portugal is seeking a PMO Budget professional to support budget governance, monitoring, and reporting within an international tech environment. You will collaborate with management, perform financial analysis, and help drive budget planning and cost control.

The role emphasizes monthly closes, accruals, dashboards, and KPI tracking, with duty to supervise headcount budgets and interact with external suppliers. English fluent; French helpful; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills highly valued.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of budget management experience.
• Solid accounting and financial knowledge.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience producing financial reports and monitoring KPIs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Collaborative with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English; working knowledge of French.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare onboarding committees and related governance activities.
• Monitor hardware and software budgets, including sign-off preparation and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders on budget and financial topics.
• Perform financial analysis and budget trajectory management.
• Support monthly financial closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, actual cost control, and KPI analysis.
• Monitor dashboards, reporting metrics, and trend indicators.
• Manage interactions with external suppliers.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of processes across multiple topics.
• Contribute to budget transformation initiatives related to workforce management.
• Provide support to leadership teams through financial reporting and analytical insights.
• Supervise headcount budgets within a global organisational perimeter.
