Act Digital in Lisbon is seeking a PMO professional responsible for budget oversight, governance, reporting, and strategic financial decision support across global teams. The role involves dashboards, KPI analysis, and coordination with stakeholders worldwide.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in PMO or financial control, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluent English; French is a plus. The position follows a hybrid work model with international collaboration.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of PMO, budget management, or financial control experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Experience with budget planning, reporting, governance, and cost monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor headcount budgets across a global technology perimeter.
• Manage hardware and software budgets, including monitoring spend, preparing sign-offs, and producing monthly reports.
• Perform financial analysis and manage budget trajectories to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Support monthly closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, cost control, and KPI analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and trend indicators to support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cluster managers and key stakeholders worldwide.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and support vendor-related financial processes.
• Contribute to the setup, improvement, and standardization of operational and financial processes.
• Produce regular management reports and financial insights for leadership teams.
