Act Digital is seeking a PMO/IT Financial Management professional to drive budget control and financial reporting in a matrix, international environment.

You will track budgets, build dashboards and KPI reports, and support monthly closes while collaborating with project managers and delivery leads to monitor performance.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in PMO, Project Control, or IT Financial Management.
• Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of project governance and portfolio management.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Track budgets, prepare approvals, and produce monthly financial reports.
• Support monthly closing activities, including accruals and cost analysis.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery leads to monitor budget execution.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contribute to governance processes.
