Decskill, an IT consulting company with over a decade of experience, is growing its Lisbon-based team and seeking a PMO Budget to coordinate budgets, monitor cost trajectories, and support monthly closings.

You will collaborate with technology leads and management teams, prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses, and help optimize workforce and supplier budgets across a global perimeter. Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in budget management.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Experience with financial analysis, cost control, and budget monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience preparing and maintaining management reports and dashboards.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple topics and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support technology management teams in coordinating and monitoring transversal financial and operational topics.
• Collaborate with cluster managers, technology leads, and management teams.
• Perform financial analysis and monitor budget trajectories, ensuring follow-up of costs and forecasts.
• Support monthly financial closing activities, including accruals and KPI analysis.
• Monitor dashboards and trend indicators, identifying variations and supporting decision-making.
• Monitor hardware and software budgets, including monthly reporting.
• Assist in onboarding committees and governance activities.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and monitor supplier-related financial activities.
• Contribute to process improvements across operational and financial topics.
• Support workforce budget management, including employee and external costs.
• Supervise headcount budgets across a global technology perimeter.
• Prepare regular reports and financial analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Work with senior technology management to provide financial and operational support.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and financial processes.
