Axians is seeking a PMO Budget professional to support financial governance, budgeting, and reporting in an international technology environment. You will partner with management to ensure budget accuracy, monitor performance, and provide KPI-driven insights.

Responsibilities include governance onboarding, monthly reporting, cost control, and headcount budget oversight. Fluent English and French skills are valued in this global role, with a focus on process improvement and supplier coordination.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in budget management and financial governance.
• Solid accounting and financial knowledge to support budgeting and reporting.
• Experience producing financial reports and monitoring KPIs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent English; working knowledge of French is a plus.

• Monitor hardware and software budgets, including sign-off preparation and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders on budget and financial topics.
• Perform financial analysis and budget trajectory management.
• Support monthly financial closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, actual cost control, and KPI analysis.
• Monitor dashboards, reporting metrics, and trend indicators.
• Manage interactions with external suppliers.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of processes across multiple topics.
• Contribute to budget transformation initiatives related to workforce management.
• Provide support to leadership teams through financial reporting and analytical insights.
• Supervise headcount budgets within a global organisational perimeter.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a PMO Budget professional to support financial governance, budget monitoring, and reporting activities within an international technology environment. This role requires close collaboration with management teams, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support budget planning, financial control, and transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring budget accuracy, monitoring financial performance, and supporting decision-making processes through reporting and KPI analysis.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
