NKT in Esposende, Portugal, is launching a new global PIM platform. We seek a Service Manager to own the live service, act as the central liaison between business stakeholders, the implementation partner, and internal IT and Digital Commerce teams.

You will shape the operating model, support data governance, and drive continuous improvement as the PIM ecosystem matures. The role offers collaboration with an international remote team and exposure to CPQ, CRM, ERP, and eCommerce within Digital

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), or similar enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Experience collaborating with external software vendors and implementation partners.
• Good communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.
• English required.
• Prior exposure to product data governance and taxonomy management.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day operation of the PIM platform and other assigned services once transitioned into live service.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes related to the platform.
• Coordinate issue resolution with the platform vendor, the implementation partner, and internal IT teams.
• Maintain service documentation, knowledge base, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data protection requirements.
• Act as a key contact for ongoing implementation and discovery phases.
• Support data migration, validation, and go-live readiness.
• Gather, document and prioritise business requirements for enhancements.
