Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a PIMS Stibo Step Business Analyst to join a senior, agile team on hybrid work in Porto. The role focuses on configuring PIMS systems, data governance, and multi-channel publishing, bridging ERP/e-commerce systems through APIs and ETL processes.

The candidate will translate complex business needs into system configurations, work with data models, workflows, and business rules in Stibo Step, and collaborate across teams while maintaining strong English

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in a PIMS/Business Analyst role with a focus on PIMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of Stibo Step platform: data modeling, workflows and business rules.
• Experience in data governance and cross-functional data integration.

Role: PIMS Stibo Step Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid 3-4x per month in Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

• 5+ years experience
• Strong understanding of Product Information Management System (PIMS) concepts.
• Knowledge of Stibo Step platform functionalities (data modeling, workflows, business rules).
• Experience in data governance.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product development processes and multi-channel publishing.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, ETL processes) for PIM and ERP/e-commerce systems.
• Basic SQL for data validation.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON for data exchange.
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Talend, SAP CPI).
• Fluency in English.
