Job summary

Prophix in Lisbon is seeking a Manager, Services to lead the delivery of CPM and FP&A implementations across the EMEA client base. You will build and coach a team of consultants, set delivery standards, and ensure engagement quality and client outcomes.

This newly created role offers growth, close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture, and the chance to shape scalable delivery practices while adopting AI‑assisted workflows to raise efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services or SaaS/enterprise software delivery.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience managing a team of consultants or delivery professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with FP&A, budgeting, or consolidation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of active engagements, joining status calls, tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring timelines and quality.
• Lead and develop a team of PS consultants through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and targeted coaching.
• Act as the senior escalation point for engagement risks, scope challenges, and client issues, protecting relationships and capacity.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to support pre‑sales scoping, estimates, and smooth handoffs.
• Drive adoption of project planning tools to ensure portfolio visibility and data‑informed resourcing; lead delivery methodology improvements.
