Barkyn is seeking a Head of Growth – Retail to drive our offline expansion across Europe, from mass market to niche pet retailers. You’ve scaled a pet brand in retail, built retailer partnerships, and created effective go-to-market playbooks across multiple geographies.

This role is about ownership, execution, and fast growth in physical channels. Lead cross-functional teams, own P&L, and define pricing and promotions to win shelf space in both mainstream and specialty stores.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in retail and offline sales.
• Experience scaling a pet brand in retail, from launch to multi-million revenue.
• Deep knowledge of mass market and specialized pet retail channels.
• Existing relationships or direct experience with category managers.
• Successfully operated in at least two European geographies.
• Strong negotiation, retail activation, and margin management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute Barkyn’s offline retail growth strategy.
• Lead expansion into mass market and specialty pet retail across Europe.
• Manage relationships with category managers and key buyers.
• Build retail playbooks for listing, activation, and performance.
• Define pricing, promotion, and go-to-market tactics per geography.
• Work cross-functionally with ops, marketing, product, and finance to align execution.
