Barkyn is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own a core growth channel and drive performance across paid media, email, and CRM for a fast-growing pet subscription business in Europe.

Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion. Experience in D2C, pet, or subscription startups is valued, with potential for hybrid work from Porto or other markets.

Qualificações

• 2–10 years of experience in D2C, pet, or subscription startups.
• Specialized in at least one marketing channel.
• Strong understanding of performance, customer behavior, and growth levers.
• Data-driven, creative, fast-paced thinker.
• Bonus: experience with pet fresh food.

Responsabilidades

• Own one core channel (e.g. Paid Social, Email, Acquisition, CRO, CRM) while supporting others.
• Launch and iterate on growth campaigns across multiple markets.
• Partner with creative and data to deliver high-performance marketing.
• Analyze performance and generate ideas to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion.
• Work closely with product and GTM to align on strategy and execution.
