Qualifications

• Good understanding of French employment legislation and HR administrative practices.
• Ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop a team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and service quality standards in a customer-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS.
• Fluency in French and English with strong communication skills.

As a **People Support Services Team Manager – France**, you will lead a team responsible for delivering HR services to our organization in France, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
