A global technology company is hiring for a role in their HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon. As the first contact for HR-related inquiries, you will support new joiners, maintain HR data integrity, and engage in various HR projects. Applicants must possess fluency in French and a degree or hands-on experience in HR or Management. The position requires strong communication skills and an ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Management or related area, or relevant hands-on experience.
• Fluency in French is mandatory for supporting HR operations for Belgium.
• Confidence using Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR topics.
• Support new joiners throughout their journey from offer letter to their first day.
• Maintain accurate HR data and ensure systems run smoothly.
