Fluxys is seeking a proactive People & Communication Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle and support HR processes across the Fluxys Group. You will collaborate with senior leaders to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities include onboarding, payroll coordination, employer branding, and internal comms. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Experience in a generalist HR or People Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration.
• Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing with provider.
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
• Drive internal communication and team engagement.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
