Fluxys is seeking a proactive People & Communication Officer to manage the full employee lifecycle,从onboarding to offboarding, and coordinate payroll in collaboration with a payroll provider.

You will contribute to employer branding and drive internal communication, ensuring a transparent and engaging workplace culture across the group. The role requires a Bachelor's in HR-related field and strong IT and language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in a generalist HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner role.
• Profound knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration.
• Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding and integration, learning and development activities, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the Payroll provider; ensure timely submission of payroll information.
• Collaborate with group Comp & Ben on merit increases, performance management, and related topics; maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop, implement and communicate People & Organization policies and procedures; support employer branding initiatives with the Talent team.
• Drive internal communication and team engagement; organize meetings and ensure effective information flow and cross-functional collaboration.
