A system integrator company in Porto is seeking a People Manager to manage HR operations and processes. The role involves planning the People life cycle, executing HR policies, and coordinating recruitment, along with the on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Candidates should have a university degree in HR or related fields and at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in IT or consultancy. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English are required, with Spanish or German as a plus. A hybrid working model is provided.

Wysupp is currently looking for a People Manager to join the team in Porto, Portugal.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan and execute the People’s life cycle;
• Develop and execute People Operations Processes, such as performance reviews/appraisals, career paths, promotions, salary raises;
• Recommend and establish HR policies and procedures;
• Coordinate the external payroll process and manage employee benefits;
• Manage recruitment needs and lead the selection processes;
• Coordinate the on-boarding process and off-boarding process;
• Prepare reporting and support in executive decisions;
• Advise for legal issues (Labor Law).

What we are looking for

• University level in Human Resources, Legal, Business & Administration or People Management;
• 5 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in an IT or consultancy environment;
• Relevant knowledge in employment law and best practices;
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization;
• Supporting senior business leaders to manage performance effectively;
• Setting priorities, planning work, and monitoring progress to drive new programs forward;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Portuguese and English. Spanish or German is a plus.
