Oliver Wyman in Lisbon seeks a diligent HR Administrator to join our Human Capital team. Based in Lisbon, this hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and focuses on supporting onboarding, employment changes, leave programs, offboarding, and maintaining employee data.

You will assist with payroll changes, keep HC systems accurate, and support employee experience initiatives. Fluency in English is essential, with German or Dutch a plus.

Qualificações

• Completed studies with an HR focus or vocational HR training.
• First practical HR experience, internships or working student positions accepted.
• Open-minded, team-oriented with strong service focus.
• Independent, structured, and precise working style; eager to learn.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support onboarding, employment changes, leave programs and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HC systems to support data accuracy.
• Support monthly payroll changes with internal service providers.
• Monitor deadlines, maintain checklists and prepare correspondence.
• Support employee experience initiatives and HR projects to improve efficiency.
