Colgate-Palmolive Portugal is seeking a People Experience Partner who will manage HR programs, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management. You will work closely with managers to implement policy, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4+ years in HR, strong payroll experience, and fluency in Portuguese and English. A permanent contract is offered with relocation support where applicable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (minimum).
• 4+ years of HR experience with payroll and benefits administration.
• Proven knowledge of Portuguese labor law, CBAs, and local tax structures.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based payroll and HR software.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with employees and managers to implement HR programs and payroll operations.
• Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across Portugal.
• Support employee relations, onboarding, and lifecycle events with sound judgement.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and improve HR services.
