Ivy Partners in Lisbon seeks an HR & Payroll Specialist to own local HR operations. You will coordinate monthly payroll, handle HR admin, and ensure compliance with Portuguese labour law while collaborating with our Lisbon and Swiss teams.

This role emphasizes autonomy, stakeholder service, and contributions to employee development in an international consulting environment, with opportunities to grow as Ivy expands.

Qualificações

• Experience in payroll and HR administration in Portugal.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labour law.
• Ability to manage HR topics autonomously from A to Z.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly payroll process, from preparation of variables to final validation.
• Manage Social Security declarations and contributions.
• Handle absences, sick leave and attendance administration.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labour legislation and HR requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor probation periods and contract renewals.
• Act as a key HR contact for employees and managers in Portugal.
• Support managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate with local institutions and external HR partners.
• Contribute to employee development, training and HR initiatives.
• Help continuously improve our HR processes and employee experience.
