MGM Muthu Hotels is seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the payroll function, ensuring accurate processing of employee information and payroll activities. You will maintain records, respond to queries, and support day-to-day payroll and administrative processes while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field, or relevant payroll experience.
• Previous experience in payroll processing is required.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation and HR procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Process payroll for employees.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, including taxes and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Tax Authority payroll reporting obligations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll and contractual records.
• Verify timesheets and attendance records.
• Prepare payroll reports.
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with the Portuguese Labour Code.
• Support internal and external audits.
