MGM Muthu Hotels in Portugal seeks a payroll administrator to support our payroll function, ensure accurate data processing, and maintain confidential records across multiple resorts. You will verify timesheets, handle deductions, and respond to employee inquiries.

The role requires a degree in HR or equivalent, strong knowledge of Portuguese labour law, fluency in Portuguese and English, and proficiency in Office and PRIMAVERA. A meticulous, independent team player is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree or relevant payroll experience in HR, accounting or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to HR and payroll teams.
• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, including taxes.
• Ensure payroll reporting complies with Tax Authority obligations.
• Maintain and update payroll and contractual records.
• Verify timesheets and attendance records.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to queries.
• Support audits and payroll-related processes.
