MGM Muthu Hotels in Albufeira is seeking a payroll administrator to provide administrative and operational payroll support. You will handle employee data, ensure timely payroll processing, and maintain confidentiality with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have payroll experience, knowledge of Portuguese labour laws, and proficiency in PRIMAVERA and Microsoft Office. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with hospitality experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR/BA/Accounting or relevant payroll experience.
• Experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation and HR procedures.
• Proficiency in HR/payroll information systems, especially PRIMAVERA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the payroll function.
• Process payroll for employees.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with Tax Authority payroll reporting obligations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll and contractual records.
• Verify timesheets and attendance records.
• Prepare payroll reports.
• Respond to employee payroll-related queries.
• Support audits and compliance with the Portuguese Labour Code.
