Qualificações

• Technical training in pastry or cooking.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of pastry/bakery techniques and plating.
• Confectionery and ice cream making techniques should be familiar.
• Food safety and hygiene with HACCP awareness.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Technical training in the area of cooking / pastry;
• Professional experience: 1-2 years' experience in a similar role;
• Cooking techniques for pastry / bakery products;
• Confectionery and Ice Cream making techniques;
• Plating and decorating techniques;
• Pastry service organization;
• Basic notions of food microbiology;
• Food preservation techniques;
• Food safety and hygiene - Notions of self-control and HACCP Codes of Procedure.
