Job summary

Plenit seeks a Partner Success Engineer to guide partners from onboarding through adoption and growth of our cloud solutions. You will be part of the Partner Success / Customer Experience team, enabling partners with advanced technical support and proactive education in a hybrid role.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Infrastructure to resolve complex incidents, elevate platform performance, and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

4–5+ years in technical support, system administration, or infrastructure roles.
Experience troubleshooting and incident resolution in production environments.
Experience onboarding and supporting partners for adoption and engagement.
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding processes for new partners and drive platform adoption.
Troubleshoot complex cloud and infrastructure issues in production environments.
Act as a technical reference for incidents and escalations within the team.
Educate partners through training sessions, documentation, and webinars.
Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve systems.
Monitor partner satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance experience.
