Qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across multiple specialties, business functions, or seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
• Ability to manage searches from intake to placement with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment engagements from intake to placement.
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment for fractional engagements.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and job boards.
• Coordinate client feedback, interview stages, offers, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure data quality.
